Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC is pleased to announce that criminal defense lawyer Lee Metzger, a Partner in the firm’s litigation practice group, has been accepted onto the Criminal Justice Act Panel (“CJA Panel”) for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  The CJA Panel is a select group, comprised exclusively of top-notch federal criminal defense lawyers within the Sixth Circuit.  The appellate court appoints these attorneys to represent indigent defendants throughout their appeals and in post-conviction relief matters before the Sixth Circuit.  In addition to handling federal criminal appeals, Mr. Metzger is also a member of the CJA Panel for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Covington Division, where he accepts appointments to represent criminal defendants throughout trial-level proceedings.
