Dan Linneman is a Partner at Adams Stepner Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. Dan represents a wide range of clients including cities, counties, elected officials and public employees; as well as insurance companies and their insureds, business entities, and individuals in all aspects of conflict resolution, from strategic planning and settlement negotiation to jury trial and appellate practice. He handles a broad range of legal issues, including personal injury, civil rights, insurance coverage disputes, municipal law, employment and housing law, and general tort law.

Mr. Linneman was raised in the Western Hills suburb of Cincinnati, where he graduated from Oak Hills High School. He studied journalism at Ohio University, and worked in television news for several years, including a stint at CNN in Atlanta, Georgia. Dan graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School where he served as a Student Articles Editor on the Law Review. He served as Staff Attorney for Judge Robert Ringland of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas before joining Adams Stepner Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC.

Daniel Linneman devotes a substantial portion of his practice to defending municipalities, counties, government agencies, as well as individual government employees from claims for personal injury and property damage. Such claims typically arise as tort claims and therefore often involve the assertion of sovereign immunity or statutory immunity under Kentucky’s Claims Against Local Government Act.

Mr. Daniel Linneman represents insured individuals and businesses against claims of negligence, premises liability, and a whole range of intentional torts, including business torts.
