Elivia M. Rabe joined Adams Law, PLLC in 2021 as an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s Business Representation practice group. Elivia has served as general counsel, contractual counsel to major liquor distilleries and breweries, and has negotiated business separations and dissolutions. She has also negotiated international contracts with European and Asian countries. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Elivia stayed up-to-date on the rapidly evolving requirements, even sending weekly newsletters to her clients in order to aid them in their efforts to stay compliant and in operation. She concentrates on creating innovative solutions and trailblazing new pathways instigated by recent legislative changes. Her knowledge and passion for businesses small and large is inspired by generations of small business ownership in her family. She understands the pressures, responsibilities, and difficulties business owners face and knows how to alleviate these burdens.
Elivia has been a Northern Kentuckian her entire life. She graduated from Covington Latin School and attended Thomas More University. From there, she received her Juris Doctorate from NKU Chase College of Law. After graduating, she joined Smith Law in Covington where she began specializing in business law specifically focusing on liquor regulations, administrative law, and transactional law. She also currently serves as the Kentucky Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division’s 6th District Representative and volunteers with RCOV’s Mortar Program to aid entrepreneurs in traditionally underserved areas. Elivia lives in Villa Hills and raises her menagerie of pets including her five horses and dog.
