Gerald F. Dusing has over 45 years of legal experience representing a wide range of businesses, Fortune 500 and closely held, and insurance carriers in federal and state courts. Cases have included valuation disputes, separation disputes, non-competes, executive compensation, commercial contracts, power tool product liability, franchises, class actions, and a wide range of insurance defense for auto, truck, fidelity, performance, fire, and casualty.
Gerald F. Dusing represents employers in state and federal courts in all facets of employment law: advising, negotiating and litigating ADA, FMLA, discrimination, termination/retaliation.
Gerald F. Dusing is known as the premier zoning law attorney in the region, representing developers of all types of residential, commercial, and industrial developments throughout the numerous local planning agencies and local governments in the Northern Kentucky region. He represents private, institutional, and governmental owners, a regional commercial contractor, and several regional subcontractors/building product suppliers, negotiating, advising, and litigating construction contracts and related matters.
