UpTech is a super business accelerator program designed to attract global startup companies to Northern Kentucky. The program will directly support entrepreneurship, innovation and create quality, high-paying jobs in the future. The goal of the program is to attract and support 50 national and international early-stage informatics companies and provide them with financial, business and developmental assistance.

Additionally, Adams, Stepner will serve on the Business Support Team, which will provide support and nurture the start-up companies as they “Accelerate their Big Ideas”.
