On October 3, 2018, Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing was recognized for its continuous support of the Covington Catholic High School Mock Trial Team.  Covington Catholic faculty member Diane Ruth presented a commemorative plaque to Managing Partner Scott Guenther and Partner Lee Metzger in a ceremony honoring the firm.  Mrs. Ruth praised the firm for its commitment to the school, and to the Mock Trial Team in particular.  She noted that Adams Stepner has employed numerous Covington Catholic graduates over the years, and presently includes a number of CCH alumni among its attorneys.  Current ASWD attorneys who are Covington Catholic graduates include Gerry Dusing (’67), Michael Sketch (’72), Scott Guenther (’85), Lee Metzger (’03), and Tommy Simendinger (’07).
