Adams Stepner attorneys Jeffrey Mando and Dan Linneman secured summary dismissal of several claims brought by a contractor against the City of Dry Ridge. The contractor had claimed that the City violated Kentucky’s Fairness in Construction Act by intentionally misrepresenting facts and causing significant delays in the project, the Grant Circuit Court found that the City’s conduct was reasonable and dismissed five of the seven counts in the contractor’s complaint, including its claim for attorney fees.
