Jacob grew up in Paducah, Kentucky. He attended and graduated from the University of Louisville in 2016 with a B.S. in Business Administration with honors, majoring in Finance.  During this time, he studied at the Audencia Business School in Nantes, France focusing on European finance.  Jacob then attended law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he received the George A. Dornette Professional Responsibility/Legal Ethics award.  Jacob clerked for the law firm for two years while attending law school.  He graduated in 2020.  Jacob resides in Covington, Kentucky.
