When Mercedes-Benz Comes to Town Who Do They Call? ASWD

Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC is pleased to serve as general counsel to Collection Auto Group, assisting the Northern Ohio-based group in bringing a high end Mercedes-Benz dealership to Northern Kentucky. The firm’s representation, led by Partner Benjamin G. Dusing, encompasses the full spectrum of legal services required by this distinguished client to successfully bring the Mercedes-Benz franchise to Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. The firm is proud that Collection Auto selected ASWD to represent it in connection with this high-profile project, a major endeavor to which it has devoted significant resources.

On January 2, it was publicly announced in the Enquirer that the automotive group wants to build Northern Kentucky’s first Mercedes-Benz dealership on the seven-acre site of the former USA Hotel.  Click here for full article. ASWD Partner Ben Dusing, who is leading the project, told the local media that “I think the prestige factor will work in our favor.  The fact of the matter is there are only 250 Mercedes dealerships in the United States.  Mercedes coming to Fort Mitchell clearly makes Fort Mitchell a special place in that respect.”  Dusing along with firm attorneys, Michael Sketch, Gerry Dusing and Mary Ann Stewart, have worked in concert to provide the full range of legal services necessary to bring the world’s most visible auto brand to our community.
