Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC is pleased to announce that Bryce C. Rhoades has joined the firm as an associate attorney. He will practice in the firm’s Government Law practice group. BCR pix

“Bryce brings a wealth of knowledge to our premier Government Law group,” says Managing Partner, Scott Guenther.  “His experience as Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Covington brings with it a breadth of real-world experience that will enable us to do an even better job serving our government clients. Our Government Law practice group is rapidly expanding and Bryce is a perfect fit.”

Admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2009, Bryce has experience providing legal advice to City of Covington officials on a wide variety of day-to-day legal matters. He has also provided representation  in state court litigation and administrative proceedings involving personal injury, nuisance abatement, and other claims. In addition, he has experience litigating and defending 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and related claims in federal court and has argued appeals in the Kentucky Court of Appeals and U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bryce received his B.S. in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University in 2003 (cum laude) and graduated from Northern Kentucky of University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D.) in 2009 (summa cum laude), where he served as an editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review.   Prior to joining the City of Covington, he clerked for the late Justice Wil Schroder of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
