Adams, Stepner, Woltermann and Dusing continues to win in court.  In December, the Kenton Circuit Court dismissed the personal injury claims asserted in Gilley v. Rabe, Case No. 16-CI-1969.  The claims were premised upon injuries the plaintiff had allegedly sustained in a car accident.  Adams Stepner attorney Lee Metzger, one of the premier litigators in Kentucky, defended the case.  After the Plaintiff’s repeated abuses of the discovery rules – including violation of a court order compelling discovery – Mr. Metzger filed a motion seeking dismissal.  The court granted the motion, dismissing the plaintiff’s claims and terminating the litigation. The plaintiff was also ordered to reimburse the defense for certain costs and fees.
