Litigators Gerry Dusing and Lee Metzger have successfully obtained a dismissal of all claims against their client, Pandora Media Inc., the maker of the popular music-streaming app Pandora.  Pandora had been named as a co-defendant in a suit against Bryson Tiller, a hardcore rap recording artist from Louisville best known for the album T R A P S O U L.  The thrust of the case concerned who had the rights to Mr. Tiller’s music.  The Adams Stepner attorneys successfully persuaded the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss its claims against Pandora, which could have no liability as a matter of law.
