On May 11, 2012, Jason C. Kuhlman, a partner in the firm’s civil litigation practice group, and member of the board of directors of Kentucky Defense Counsel (“KDC”), moderated KDC’s Spring Seminar held in Newport, Kentucky at the Carnegie Events Center.  Kuhlman assembled a panel of excellent presenters, including Adams, Stepner partner, Jeffrey C. Mando, who provided attendees with an overview of state and federal immunity defenses and practical tips for implementing them. 

Kentucky Defense Counsel is an organization comprised of attorneys engaged principally in the defense of civil lawsuits and other legal proceedings.  It strives to increase the quality of legal services which its members render to their clients, facilitate the communication of such information, ideas, and litigation techniques as to improve the skills of its members, and improve the administration of justice in our courts.
