Congratulations to Adams Law Member, Claire E. Parsons, for receiving the Sharing Her Passion Award from Ms. JD. Ms. JD is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to the success of women in law school and the legal profession. The Sharing Her Passion Award is presented a woman who has practiced for more than ten years who is inspiring younger women lawyers through sponsorship, mentorship, and sharing her passion for the practice. Claire is currently the President of Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc. and the Kentucky School Board Association Council of School Attorneys and is the Content and Communications Chair for Mothers Esquire. In addition to these roles, she is active with a number of local, state, and national nonprofits and professional organizations. Claire was a 2018 Writer Residence for Ms. JD and served as Coordinator of that program in 2019. She writes and speaks often on mindfulness, wellness, leadership, and diversity to give back to the legal profession and to encourage and inspire young and women lawyers.
