An article authored by Attorney Andrew J. Vandiver was featured in the June edition of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association’s monthly publication, Lex Loci.  The article was titled “Default Judgment Against an Insolvent Company May be Enforced Against its Owners.”  The article discussed a recent Kentucky Supreme Court decision which set new precedent relative to the instances in which a business owner may be held liable for his or her company’s debts.
