An article authored by Attorney Andrew J. Vandiver was featured in the December edition of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association’s monthly publication, Lex Loci. The article is entitled “New Ethical Concerns for Filing Judgment Liens.”  The article discusses Governor Beshear’s signing into law an amendment to the statute setting forth the requirements for filing judgment liens.
