Adams Stepner Attorney Obtains Summary Judgment on behalf of School Administrator
Mary Ann Stewart obtained summary judgment dismissal on behalf of a school administrator in a civil rights claim in which the plaintiffs argued that the administrator should be held liable for peer-on-peer student harassment which their child suffered at school. Key to the decision was the absence of facts which would show that the administrator either participated in the alleged harassment or had actively encouraged it in any manner. All state and federal causes of action against the school official were dismissed.
