Adams Stepner Member, Claire E. Parsons, was appointed this month to serve as the Board Attorney for the Campbell County Public Library. Claire has practiced in the areas of local government law, civil litigation, and school law for the last 10 years. As a local government attorney, Claire is thrilled to represent the Campbell County Public Library because she understands the vital role that libraries serve in the community. Claire grew up in Newport, Kentucky and was an avid Campbell County Public Library user then and she now enjoys taking her two daughters to library programs and activities.
