On behalf of Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky, Adams Law partner Scott Guenther recently accepted a check from Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear for over $2.8 million. Guenther is the current Chair of the Board for TANK. The check was for a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant and will fund the purchase of four hybrid electric buses.
